Flash Animation on the Web

Sometimes abused, Flash animation is still a fun addition to a website. (You’ll need the free Flash player to view these sites).

And for those of you who have been asking, I’ve added a section on how I did the hand animation on the home page.

		TDMA A Flash/html hybrid, this site allows for the beauty of fade-in flash photos, but also works with the search engines. See more.

		KeyRoad Sales Knowledge A dynamic home page animates the headline and rotates through testimonials from satisfied clients. See more.

		Neil Olson Coaching Neil Olson’s Flash site introduction blends strong visuals and a simple message. See more.

		Arguedas Cassman & Headley A good example of integrated flash. By using search-engine friendly html text with an animated area, this site avoids the "invisible to google" problem some Flash sites experience. See more.

		Jan Elfline introduction Visitors with the flash player installedsee the animation. To keep visitors on the site, those without the plugin go directly to a similar html page. See more.

		Richard Blaimert Site Another integrated site, this French language site has a Flash banner but html pages. See more.

		Cooperative Cleaning Orientation View a scene from this CINDY-award-winning video, which was presented on video but developed in Macromedia’s Flash. (About 1.5 minute download on 56k modem)
